Client Space Requirements

Clean, private and temperature-controlled indoor space.
Enough room for professional equipment and safe practitioner movement.
Access to handwashing and electrical outlets when required.
Pets and unnecessary foot traffic should be kept away from the service area.
Client is responsible for secure building access, parking instructions and permission to provide services at the location.
Travel Fees
Early-morning appointments before 8:00 AM: add $50 within the local Philadelphia area, and are quoted individually for extended or interstate travel.
After-hours appointments beginning at or after 7:00 PM: add $50 within the local Philadelphia area, and are quoted individually for extended or interstate travel.
Late-night appointments beginning at or after 10:00 PM: add $100 locally, and are quoted individually for extended or interstate travel.
More Information
Before/after-hours fees are charged in addition to the standard distance-based travel fee and service total. Appointments requiring unusually early departure times, overnight travel, or return travel after midnight may require a custom travel quote.
Parking, tolls, valet, lodging, airfare or rail, ground transportation, equipment transport and unusual access requirements are additional when applicable.
Travel fees are separate from service pricing and are confirmed before the appointment is finalized.
Before You Book
Intake: New clients complete the appropriate consultation and health-history forms before service.
Contraindications: Services may be modified, postponed or declined when a condition makes treatment inappropriate.
Arrival: Please ensure the service area is ready before the practitioner arrives.
Hair services: Existing styles should be removed before arrival unless removal has been booked.
Retainer: A booking retainer may be required for mobile appointments and is applied according to the cancellation policy.
Cancellation: Travel-related fees and late cancellations may be nonrefundable once the practitioner has departed or expenses have been incurred.
Safety: Services will not be performed in an environment considered unsafe, unsanitary or inappropriate for professional care.
